Optiv ESG and Impact reports have become a powerful differentiator for the brand. During my work on proposal development, I identified that many vendors and potential clients now mandate these reports as part of the RFP process. Recognizing the significance of this insight, I presented it to our Leadership Team, and they appointed me as co-lead to develop this crucial thought leadership asset.

The ESG and Impact Reports delivered substantial and strategic returns on investment, driving engagement, facilitating revenue conversations, and solidifying Optiv's position as a trusted and responsible partner. These reports are not just valuable—they are essential multi-use assets that enhance our marketing, sales, and talent initiatives.

Creative Direction and Amplification

I spearheaded the creative direction and collaboration across departments for Optiv's ESG and Impact reporting. My focus was on transforming complex ESG initiatives into a cohesive narrative that aligns with the brand, ensuring consistency across reports, presentations, and digital channels. I made sure that our ESG storytelling was authentic, visually cohesive, and aligned with Optiv's brand values. Once the content was developed, I worked with creative leads to adapt it for multiple platforms, including corporate pitch decks, sales enablement materials, social media, and the web.

An idea sparked from a Batman infographic book started as a landscape of the cybersecurity industry and ended as a successful three-book infographic series. One of Optiv’s most visual and compelling assets used as C-suite collateral and prize event giveaways.
